Talking Digital Marketing with Jennifer Carr

I love when the Lord brings people into my life and then they become a really good friend. That’s exactly what happened with Jennifer Carr and her family. I met them several years ago when I owned my art studio. I was teaching homeschool art classes and Jennifer’s daughter, H, walked in the room with all her spunk, and brightened up everyone’s day! A little while later, I had a date night planned for the studio that we will just say didn’t sell out, and I wrangled my husband into coming to paint with me. Jennifer and her husband Rob were the only willing participants that evening, but we all painted some amazing llamas that I believe they still have hanging in their house! My husband’s has been relocated to his office space. We quickly became friends and they have been stuck with us since.

Not only are they good friends, but Jennifer has been one of the biggest supporters of small businesses that I know. Anytime I had an art class on the schedule, she was one of the first ones to sign up. She has helped promote not only my art studio, but was a huge proponent in sharing my digital marketing business. So when I found out Jennifer was writing a book, I jumped on the opportunity to buy a copy. And then, she announced her podcast where she hopes to create a community for creatives, and I was so honored to get to be a guest! We got the chance to discuss using digital marketing in the world of creative business owners.

You can listen to the episode here, and you can find more amazing resources from Jennifer on TikTok and Instagram and her website where she shares information about developing characters through psychology.
